Observations 2003
November 4/5, 2003. Clear and cold for first half of the evening. No obvious modulation in lc.
November 5/6, 2003. Clear and cold for first half of the evening. No obvious modulation in lc.
November 7/8, 2003. Clear and cold and at times windy. LC shows robust superhumps developing.
November 8/9, 2003. Clear and cold but very good conditions. LC shows linear fading 0.27 mag/d.
November 9/10, 2003. Clear and cold but very good conditions before cloud at 9h UT. Scatter (C3-C1) < 0.01 mag. SH's still robust.
November 10/11, 2003. Clear with fair to good conditions before cloud at 10h UT. Scatter (C3-C1) < 0.02 mag.
November 13/14, 2003. Clear, mild evening - very good conditions. Scatter (C3-C1) < 0.02 mag.
Nov16/17, 2003. Short run. Clear at susnet but clouds moved in quickly. UV Per is fading, SH amplitude approx 0.1 mag.
Nov17/18, 2003. UV Per is now in rapid fading, SH amplitude approx 0.1 mag
Nov 21/22, 2003. Long run under clear and very cold conditions. Tambient = -24C. Scatter < 0.008 mag. LC becoming complex. Correction has been applied for contaminating field star.
Observations 2000
Data from December 28/29, 2000. High, thin cloud and haze, T = -14C. Poor conditions that worsened as the evening progressed. Superhumps are clearly evident and a preliminary analysis (Period98 and PDWIN) indicates a period of 0.06527 +/- .0009 d.
Data from December 29/30, 2000. Good conditions with moderate to light breeze, T = -12C. Superhumps are clearly evident and a preliminary analysis ( PDWIN) indicates a period of 0.06524 +/- .0009 d
Data from December30/31, 2000. Very good conditions but problems with frost on optical window of CCD.
