Tips for Preparing

  • work with a "study buddy" and review 3 or 4 of the 2-minute problems from each chapter - this will help you to "prioritize" concepts that you will need to study
  • work several s-type questions from each chapter (refer to the online answers)
  • try to summarize in your own words in pont form what each chapter is "about" - what are the key ideas and do you understand them well enough to explain to your room mate?
  • Don't cram - try to get to bed on time Thursday night - a good night's sleep is of more benefit that an "all-nighter" of cramming!
  • Be confident and don't second guess yourself on the the exam. None of the questions are designed to "trick you" and you have worked hard this term!
